8. Be Careful with Your Location and App Permissions
Some apps want access to your location, photos, or other sensitive data. Make sure you’re comfortable with it:
Go to Settings > Privacy & Security.
Tap Location Services or Photos to see which apps have permission.
If something doesn’t need it, switch to Never or Ask Next Time.

6. Update Your iOS
Apple often includes important security fixes in software updates. To keep hackers at bay:
Open Settings > General > Software Update.
Tap Install (if there’s an update available).
Pro Tip: Toggle Automatic Updates on so you don’t have to remember to do this manually.
7. Use Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for Your Apple ID
Two-factor authentication means even if someone has your password, they still can’t log into your Apple ID without a one-time code:
Go to Settings > Tap your name > Password & Security.
Tap Two-Factor Authentication and follow the prompts.
Now when you sign in on a new device or browser, Apple will text or display a code on a trusted device for you to confirm.
